How are trip prices calculated?
Most trips are priced per mile: Cadillac Escalade $2.35/mile and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter $3.10/mile, one-way. Sprinter special events use $250/hour with a three-hour minimum. The customer sees an estimated trip total, not the formula.
Is my ride automatically confirmed?
No. Submitting the form sends a trip request for confirmation. It does not guarantee availability.
Can I request additional stops?
Yes. The trip planner supports optional stops. Each stop is included in the route and time estimate.
Can I request coffee pickup?
You can request coffee pickup on the booking form. Special requests are reviewed after booking and are subject to route, timing, and availability.
What happens if my address is not recognized?
Select the closest available location and add pickup details in Special Requests. The final trip price may change if the pickup differs from the mapped location.
What is the cancellation or refund policy?
A written cancellation and refund policy will be published here once it is finalized. Until then, contact us about an existing request.
How far in advance can I schedule?
You can enter a future pickup date and time in the planner. Advance-booking rules will be published when they are confirmed.
What kinds of events do you serve?
Airport transportation, weddings and special events, local trips, cruise terminals, sporting events, and scheduled private transportation.
